We act as coordinators and advisors. Final decisions regarding all wedding elements remain with the client. We are not responsible for the actions or services of third-party vendors.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Information Accuracy

Clients must provide accurate and complete information including:

• Contact information and wedding details
• Budget constraints and preferences
• Special requirements or restrictions
• Timely responses to planning inquiries

4.2 Decision Making

Clients are responsible for:

• Making timely decisions on planning elements
• Reviewing and approving all arrangements
• Obtaining necessary permissions and licenses
• Communicating changes promptly

4.3 Payment Obligations

Clients must:

• Make payments according to agreed schedules
• Pay for all approved vendor services and venues
• Cover any additional costs resulting from changes

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Booking Process

Wedding planning services are confirmed upon:

• Signed service agreement
• Receipt of initial payment/deposit
• Completion of initial consultation

5.2 Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 12 months before wedding: 25% of total service fee
• 6-12 months before wedding: 50% of total service fee
• 3-6 months before wedding: 75% of total service fee
• Less than 3 months before wedding: 100% of total service fee

5.3 Postponement

Wedding postponements may be accommodated subject to:

• Venue and vendor availability
• Additional coordination fees
• Updated timeline and planning requirements

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Schedule

Payments are typically structured as:

• Initial deposit upon booking (25-50%)
• Progress payments at milestone dates
• Final payment 30 days before wedding
• Day-of coordination fee paid in advance

6.2 Late Payments

Late payment fees of 2% per month may apply to overdue amounts. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue.

6.3 Vendor Payments

Clients are responsible for direct payment to all vendors. CitrusQuest facilitates coordination but does not handle vendor payments unless specifically arranged.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Limitations

CitrusQuest's liability is limited to the total amount paid for our planning services. We are not liable for:

• Vendor performance or service failures
• Venue-related issues or restrictions
• Weather or force majeure events
• Guest behavior or third-party actions
• Personal property damage or loss

7.2 Third-Party Services

We coordinate with but do not guarantee the performance of:

• Catering and food services
• Photography and videography
• Entertainment and music
• Transportation services
• Floral and decoration providers

8. Force Majeure

CitrusQuest is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters and extreme weather
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Venue closures or limitations
• Public health emergencies
• Vendor cancellations or failures

In such cases, we will work with clients to find alternative solutions or reschedule services.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 CitrusQuest Content

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and concepts, is owned by CitrusQuest and protected by copyright laws.

9.2 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of their personal content but grant CitrusQuest permission to use wedding photos and details for marketing purposes unless specifically declined in writing.

9.3 Wedding Designs

Custom wedding designs created by CitrusQuest remain our intellectual property but are licensed for the client's specific wedding use.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

Client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We maintain confidentiality of all personal and wedding details except as required by law or with explicit consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Initial Resolution

We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns. Please contact us immediately with any issues.

11.2 Mediation

Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation before pursuing legal action.
